Discover an exciting summer job opportunity with St. James Village BIZ, where we are dedicated to creating a vibrant and inviting atmosphere in the heart of the St. James Village neighborhood. As a member of our Green Team, you’ll contribute to various projects including area beautification, marketing initiatives, and more.
Full-time summer employment from mid-May to late August 2025
Requirements/Duties:
Between the ages of 16-29

- Between the ages of 16-29
- Knowledge of the St. James community
- Positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills
- Physically fit and active
- Enjoy working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Experience in planting, gardening and working with related tools an asset
- Experience in painting
- Community enhancement (e.g. refuse management and maintenance)
- Solid work ethic, dependable, reliable
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License
Deadline for application is April 15, 2025.
Rate: $15.80/hour or more based on experience and position.
Hours: 35 hours per week, 5 days a week. Must be available daytime and some weekends. Actual days may vary depending on scheduling and operation needs.
