Creating and maintaining a vibrant community Main Street where all business can prosper is a group effort. By working together to invest a beautiful, clean, safe and maintained streetscape The St James Village BIZ and the businesses within support growth and economic stability.
While the BIZ works towards sidewalk and street enhancements from bike racks to flowers and signage, business owners work to maintain and enhance their spaces.
To encourage and support these on going investments the St James Village BIZ offers an enhancement grant to their members to support local development of our business community. This grant can be utilized for a variety of enhancements from cameras for safety to murals, new signage and event new paint!
